New Jersey Legalizes Gay Marriage...Sort Of

The New Jersey Supreme Court ruled that gay couples are entitled to the same marriage rights as heterosexual couples. However, the Court also ruled that the legislature must make the final decision, and has given them 6 months to do so. So, we'll see, but I'm still excited.
