Needy Girl by Chromeo. It's straight 80s funk and the best part isn't the retro appeal, it's that the song is done so well. It's so perfectly and fantastically 80s and man is it funky.

I've been listening to this jam for the past forever. I heard it on MTV and downloaded. I like it.
Yeah this and "Bonafide Lovin" are great. The best part is that the key/bass player is Arab and the guitarist/singer is Jewish and they claim to be "... the only successful Arab/Jewish collaboration since the beginning of time."
