Thoughts of this Moment

Hey, it's Wednesdasy.
The Pillows are going to be hitting up SXSW, which is cool, The Pillows are a pretty good band. On the subject of Japanese rock groups, things aren't looking good on the current scene. Lots of band are breaking up, releasing horrible music, or members are leaving. Sad really, I can just hope there's a part of the scene i'm missing. Well, yeah it's probably all the bands that don't dress like women, but psssh who wants to listen to those bands? Some band needs to release the songs I like, with a smooth chord progression, something upbeat and catchy. Those riding a bicyle in the country side, nostalgia type songs. For example: I remember us riding along this road when we were young, but now you're gone, and I can do nothing but shed tears as the seaons change, type of songs. No? Only I picture that? I love those songs. Ohh seasons.

Makes me wonder, I notice in England and in Japan bands release all the singles from an album before the album itself. Or at least sometimes, why doesn't that happen here? When you think about it, people would have a better idea of what an album is like before they buy it, and a band can release new material more often. If they release non-album singles too. It doesn't really make sense to have all the time in between album. I really need a new CD, my jam selection hasn't been refreshed for a while.

Spring should be pretty sweet, I'll have to retire my coat, but that means more outside activities and girls can stop saying it's cold. Yay, outside activities, i'll have to work on staying pale, even though I look nice with a tan, forget that.
