First, for your savvy music shoppers, Amazon is having a $9.99 indie music sale. There's stuff from Astralwerks, Matador, Sub Pop, Touch and Go, Mute and more. There are some serious deals, for example the deluxe version "Slanted & Enchanted" is $9.99, normally listed at $18.98. It's quite a list, and might be a good chance to get some CDs you've been meaning to get, or expand your collection.

I'm may not be the biggest Bright Eyes fan, but his entire new record "Cassadaga" is up on Virb, exclusively it seems. I've listened to a few tracks, and so far the lead single "Four Winds" is the only one I've enjoyed, but you can still check it out.
