The TV Set

Courtesy of the Think Film Virb site, I came across this trailer. I might have been initially excited by the fact that there's wide-screen, fairly nice quality flash video out there, but the movie seems pretty good too. It stars David Duchovny, Sigourney Weaver, Ioan Gruffudd, and various other people with peculiar names. The premise is that Mike (David D.) is a writer trying to create an original television show, but has to go through more than a few hurdles to hold on to his creative vision. Seems to be pretty funny.

I found out through NPR that Jake Kasdan, the director and writer, was a producer for Freaks and Geeks.
